When you book through Vagaro or use our gift-card link, Vagaro collects scheduling and payment information directly under its own privacy policy. When you message us through Facebook or Instagram, those platforms collect information under their own policies. We receive only the messages and basic contact details you choose to send us through those channels.

This website does not run third-party analytics, ad pixels, or behavioral tracking. The web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and reliability purposes.

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide requested services, send confirmations and follow-up messages, maintain business records required for tax and licensing, and improve the website and client experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing email. If we add an appointment reminder, membership, or newsletter program in the future, you will be told at sign-up and given a clear way to opt out at any time.

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate the business. The current list is short and stable: Vagaro for booking, gift cards, and payment; the website host for serving this site; an email provider for transactional messages; and professional advisors (accounting, legal, insurance) when their work requires it.

We also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a lawful request from law enforcement.

Some appointment conversations may include health, mobility, pregnancy, allergy, or accommodation details you voluntarily share so the team can deliver care safely. Please do not submit detailed medical records through the website. Bring health information to your appointment and share it with your practitioner directly. DDD documentation is collected on paper or by direct email at the start of a DDD-funded relationship and stored securely with the rest of your client file.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Booking and payment information is processed by Vagaro on Vagaro infrastructure. The website is served over HTTPS. Email communications travel over our email provider's secure infrastructure. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete the contact information we have on file at any time. Email bossamassages@gmail.com or call 732-416-6120. We will respond within 30 days. If you live in a state with specific privacy rights (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others as those laws come into effect), you can also exercise those rights by contacting us at the same address; we will route the request to the right system.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and Bossa does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. Parents or guardians should handle website communications on behalf of minor clients. If you believe a child submitted information through the site, contact us so we can review and remove it.
