Accessibility Statement

We want every visitor to be able to read about our services, find our hours and address, see our team, and book a session, regardless of how they navigate the web. The platform target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

WCAG 2.1 has three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet every criterion.

Known gaps at launch: a small number of decorative photos use cinematic crops that may reduce visibility of subjects on small screens. Color contrast on every interactive element meets 4.5:1 against its background or better. Keyboard focus is visible on all controls. The site uses semantic landmarks (nav, main, footer) and a single H1 per page.

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop, iOS Safari and Chrome on mobile, and the most recent two major releases of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Tested with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and full keyboard navigation. Older browser versions and less common assistive technologies may work but are not specifically tested for each release.

Accessibility on this site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA working together with your browser and assistive technology. Third-party surfaces include the Vagaro booking and gift-card flow, embedded Google Maps for directions, and links to Facebook and Instagram. Those third-party experiences are governed by their own accessibility documentation.

If a third-party booking, map, or social tool blocks you from booking, reading information, or contacting us, please call 732-416-6120 or email bossamassages@gmail.com. We will book you over the phone, send you the same information by email, or arrange another way to connect.

The launch accessibility check combined automated scans (axe-core via the platform launch verifier), full keyboard navigation review of every page, screen reader review of the home, services, and contact pages, and manual checks of color contrast against the brand token contract. The platform CI gate continues to run automated accessibility checks on every change.

Reviewed and approved by Billy Bossa, owner, and the NuCulture platform team. Scheduled re-review at six months from the effective date or after any major site change, whichever comes first.
