Terms of Service

By using this website, contacting Bossa Massages and Wellness LLC, purchasing a package, joining a membership, or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any service-specific policies presented at booking, intake, or checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request service.

Vagaro booking terms also apply when you book or pay through Vagaro. DDD intake forms apply when applicable. Membership agreements apply to the Bliss Pass.

Bossa Massages and Wellness offers massage therapy, sauna, body sculpting, red light therapy, cryotherapy, facials, waxing, and the Bliss Pass membership. We are an approved DDD provider serving adults age 21 and older with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Service availability, duration, practitioner availability, and pricing may change. Some services have medical contraindications and require honest disclosure of relevant conditions; the team will let you know before each session.

Appointments may be requested through the website, by phone, by email, or through Vagaro. Times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Bossa or by the Vagaro system.

Cancellation policy: please give us at least 24 hours of notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session price. Late arrivals shorten the session by the late minutes; the full price still applies. Reschedules made more than 24 hours ahead are always free. Membership pause requests can be made by emailing bossamassages@gmail.com before the next billing date.

Prices, packages, promotions, and service descriptions on the website are for general information. The Bliss Pass is a $100 per month membership that includes 30 minutes of sauna, 30 minutes in the gravity chair, 15 minutes of red light therapy, and a cryotherapy session each month. The final price and terms are the terms confirmed at booking, checkout, or in writing.

We accept all major cards and Vagaro-supported payment methods. Tips are appreciated but never required. Gift cards are sold and redeemed through Vagaro. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and require a written request to bossamassages@gmail.com.

Information on this website is for general wellness and service description purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for telling Bossa about relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, allergies, or other concerns before each session.

If you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, taking blood thinners, or under active medical care, talk to your medical provider before booking sauna, cryotherapy, body sculpting, red light therapy, or deep tissue massage. The team will modify or skip a session when safety calls for it.

Clients are expected to treat staff, practitioners, and other visitors respectfully. Bossa may refuse or discontinue service when behavior is unsafe, abusive, sexually inappropriate, intoxicated, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spa environment. Service animals are welcome. Caregivers and parents are welcome for clients who need them. Please arrive within five minutes of your start time so the practitioner can prepare.

The website content, photos, logos, service descriptions, and other materials are owned by Bossa Massages and Wellness LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or reuse site content without written permission.

This website links to Vagaro for booking and gift cards, to Facebook and Instagram, and to Google Maps for directions. Bossa does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bossa Massages and Wellness LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to website use or unavailable services. Service-related liability is limited by the terms agreed to at booking, intake, or purchase, and by New Jersey state regulations governing licensed massage therapy and skin care.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in a state or federal court located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
